School of Hard Knocks: Literary Edition

School is out for summer, and yet... Come join your kinky classmates and your host Lisichka for the School of Hard Knocks: Literary Edition! 

At this lab, we’ll be co-creating some clever ways to incorporate literature into play. 

Poetry through pain? 

Latin class with sass?

Dialogue under duress? 

Shakespeare & Chill? (Nay! Thou shalt Struggle!)

Host will provide a few resources that participants can use as a springboard for their own scenes. (Thumpy books, a few choice readings, etc) Bring your own unique ideas and an open mind!

About the Event

This is a skill share & social event (not a formal class), and scenes are encouraged. Feel free to bring your skills and ideas (and implements) to use or share with the group. You are welcome to play, tie, socialize, or simply observe.

We’ll start with a brief opening circle. After introductions all around, your hosts will go over some house rules, and the group can share ideas and intentions for the evening.  After that, the space is yours for playing, talking, tying, and learning.
