We'll kick off the night with a brief consent talk and Rope Speed Dating (6:30-7:30) to facilitate connection and play. Attendees will be randomly matched up for brief one-rope ties to get to know each other (attendees will also have the option to chat with their match instead of tie). Limited social and play space will be open during this hour as well.

For the remainder of the event, we encourage attendees to play, lab, eat snacks, and socialize. Both labby and scene-y energy is explicitly welcome at this event, and we'd love to see you get up to some kinky shenanigans. Please see the below FAQ for allowed types of play and always ask if unsure.

There will not be a structured Rope 101 at this event, but the host is open to answering questions and teaching rope basics informally, time-permitting.

• Can I come alone?

  • Yes!! The first hour and a half of this event will be a rope speed dating event, perfect to make new connections and play plans.

• What play is allowed?

  • We encourage play including but not limited to: rope/bondage, impact play, electro play, rough body play, D/s, roleplay, and more. If you are not sure if your scene is appropriate for this event, please check with @AndromedaPrime ahead of or during the event, before you begin playing. 

• What play is not allowed?

  • Play that is not allowed in this space includes:

    • Blood play (needles/staples, or generally any play intended to draw blood)

    • Sexual play (defined as stimulation of genitals during play)

    • Fire play and open flames

    • Breath play that approaches fainting

• Do I need kink or rope experience to attend?

  • We welcome folks of all experience levels! We will include a consent talk at the start of the event to go over party rules and social norms. There will also be a social area with snacks, where attendees are welcome to hang out and socialize.

• What is the COVID policy?

  • Please be prepared to show proof (covid vax card, photo of card, virtual vaccine record, post-vaccine email confirmations) of having received the original COVID vaccine series plus one booster.
