It's the Great Bum-Kin, Perverts!

Autumn in New England is officially here so we are going to celebrate the best way we know how. Yes, you guessed it, by painting each other's butts like pumpkins!

What does this look like?

Join us for an afternoon of body painting in new adventurous ways. Two body painting activities will be available to you for this event.

First, paint your/your friend's bum. Next, sit that wet painted bum on a piece of posterboard. Just like that, you've made a bum-kin! Don't limit your art to just your bum. Try painting other areas and make a whole garden! Use the brushes and other colors to finish your bum-kin poster masterpiece. This is a good activity to do first, allowing the paint to dry before you take it home.

The other activity is to simply paint your friend's bum like a pumpkin or anything else you can think of. The bum itself is your canvas. If solo, explore painting yourself in fun new ways. It's great for sensation play!

The studio will be tarped throughout. With the plastic tarp on the floor, please be mindful of slip/trip hazards and uneven surfaces. We will do an opening circle to set intentions and go over the rules. Please make an effort to show up on time for the start of the event so we can go over everything as a group. Studio rules regarding dress code will be modified to allow full body participation. This means you may be seeing more of the human body than you are used to in this space. If that is difficult for you, this may not be the event for you. Please check in with yourself before purchasing a ticket.

Art supplies will be provided such as, Crayola Washable Paint in a variety of colors, 1" sponge tip brushes, smaller bristle art brushes, paper plates for palettes, and at least 2 posterboards to butt-print on. Baby wipes will be provided for clean up.

Who?

This is absolutely a beginner friendly event. No particular skills or prerequisites are required. Having a partner is not a requirement but it can be difficult to paint your own bum.

Can I bring stuffs?

Please bring a towel to sit on if you plan on not covering bits. Feel free to bring your own paints, markers, and supplies if you want to. Definitely don’t bring in anything you wouldn’t want to potentially get paint on. Even though it's washable paint, why take the chance.
