About the Event

ITS JUST SO PRETTY!!!

Event Description

Welcome to the newest installment in the evolution of Flameless Fluorescent Wax nights! This event is quite similar to the Flameless Fluorescent Wax Party in that the bulk of the evening is for play. What differs is the set up. The goal is to comfortably space out our guests to allow room for rope to happen.

Prerequisites

Tops should have both rope and wax topping experience. The education in Serafina's Flameless Fluorescent Wax Night will be a huge help in this event since we will be using the same wax you have experience with. Specific rope skills are not a prerequisite. Don't tie above your skill level. Remember you are juggling two mediums for this event.

Bottoms should also have both wax and rope experience, mostly so you have knowledge of how your body reacts to both. Remember, rope and temperature play is a double whammy.

Any questions, please reach out to Serafina. Contact info below.

Ticketing

There will be 7 spots available for tying pairs: 5 suspension spots, 2 floor rope spots.

Note: There are two different tickets available for purchase. This is done to make the rigs available on a first come, first get basis. Please do not reserve a suspension ticket unless you plan on suspending. If you are doing floor rope but there are only suspension tickets available, you may purchase a suspension ticket. You will have your spots for the duration of the evening. While it is possible for a suspension pair to give up their spot when they are done, it is not a guarantee.

Important Notes

Please attempt to arrive on time. Doors will open at 7:30p, event start time is 8p. This is to make sure all are present for the safety info.

Show up fed and well hydrated. Rope and wax together is going to take quite the toll on your body. We want you both coming in well and strong.

You do not need to bring your own wax! The wax we will be using is what Serafina makes and sells from The Neon Jellyfish. The safety and application information is specific to this wax. Please do not bring your own as we do not know the makeup or behavior of waxes we are unfamiliar with. We will do a safety overview and demo at the beginning of the night as a refresher.

PLEASE bring a towel you never planned to use again to put on top of the plastic for your own comfort. It also helps tremendously with clean up, especially with the splash factor that gravity brings. Do not wear any clothes or bring rope you care about. There are ways of getting wax out of clothing but the amount of work it takes to do it successfully is often times not worth it. Rope is even harder. Natural Rope is almost impossible. If you would like to bring your own wax removal tools, you are welcome to do so. Think angled, NOT sharp!

Safety reminder, there will be UV/black lights in the studio. This can be a little much for your eyes. Never look directly into the light, it is not good for your eyeballs. If you are sensitive to this type of environment, we would recommend wearing lightly tinted sunglasses. It can help with the strain. Also, please note that blacklight impairs our ability to visually detect discoloation on limbs. Regular flashlights will be available for use to have clearer visual check ins.
