About the Event

About the Class

Connection is the difference between tying rope, and creating an intimate shared experience. In this floorwork-focused class, we’ll focus on context rather than the mechanics of specific ties. Using such tools as breath, touch, movement, tension, and transition, we’ll explore ways that partners on both sides of the rope can contribute to a deeply connective bondage experience.

Requires three lengths of 25-30 ft. long ropes (about quarter-inch diameter) per tying pair. In-class exercises are geared towards tying pairs, however solo attendees, self-tiers, and auditors are welcome. Suitable for all experience levels..

About the Presenters

Cannon is a rope top whose style emphasizes intimacy, connection and control. With nearly twenty years of experience, as well as teaching and performance credits throughout North America, he brings both authenticity and accessibility to audiences of all skill levels. Killjoy’s bottoming style is playful, sensual, and emotionally complex. As an educator she is passionate about consent, active/engaged bottoming, and building connective experiences from both sides of the exchange. Both separately and together, they have presented for groups such as Bondage Expo Dallas, Ropecraft, and Kink.com, and performed at events such as Electric Forest, Detroit Dirty Show and Theatre Bizarre.
